Located in beautiful Dumfries & Galloway, South West Scotland, our family business has over the years developed into two main specialties, mail order smoked Scottish salmon from our own traditional smoke house and country sporting services for deer stalking and hunting.
Run by Jim & Janet McErlean and Chris & Debbie Miles, we have a wealth of experience gained from backgrounds in catering, retail, land management and a shared enthusiasm for country pursuits, we have as a family brought together our interests and skills to establish a thriving rural business which has today many loyal customers.
