By using the finest quality ingredients available, an old third generation recipe and traditional methods, Creeside are able to offer exquisitely tasting oak Smoked Scottish Salmon, to suit all palettes ranging from the experienced connoisseur to first time tasters.

We smoke only Scottish Salmon loch reared or wild. Our Loch Reared Traditional Smoked Salmon is available throughout the year and although seasonal, our best selling Wild Smoked Salmon is available as often as we can get it.
